WI3R Symposium 2024 & DFG Ursula M. Händel Animal Welfare Prize Ceremony

The Würzburg Initiative 3R (WI3R) is organizing the first WI3R Symposium in Würzburg from June 5-7, 2024. The objectives of the three-day event are:

• Biofabrication and 3D Printing
• Human iPSC and organoids
• Emerging Technologies
• New Approach Methods (NAMs)
• Disease Modeling (Infection, Oncology)
• Regulatory Acceptance
• Promotion of young investigators

As part of the symposium, the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG) will be awarding this year’s Ursula M. Händel Animal Welfare Prize and celebrating the 20th anniversary of the prize.
